• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Feb 2024 until Fri 21 Jun 2024, Tue 11am, 1.30pm & 3.15pm and Wed - Thu & Sat 1.30pm & 3.15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon, Fri & Sun.
• Available slots may vary; please see website for updated availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Recommended for 0-7 yrs old.
• Duration approx. 1hrs 15 mins inc interactive storytelling.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of hot drink per adult.
• Snacks are permitted but not provided. Food is not permitted within the play area.
• Option 3&4: Other sessions in block must be booked at the same time as the first session or when attending the first session.
• Max of 12 people per group/activity. 
• Limited indoor space for prams and pushchairs, however there is a covered area off the pavement.
• Socks must be worn in the Play Village at all times.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
