• Aug to Sept options:
• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 & 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14 - 15 Aug 2020. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct options: 
• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thur 29 Oct 2020, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 & 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

• Nov - Dec options: 
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
•  Excludes 23 - 26 and 29 Dec 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to deluxe rooms and junior suites for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted under 5 years free of charge; please discuss directly with hotel. Supplements will apply for children age 5+; please liaise directly with the hotel; subject to availability.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
