Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 8 Jul 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10.30am.
• Option 1 and 2: classic double, standard double, courtyard or standard double with view; rooms can be upgraded to a premier studio room or a superior double for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3: garden bothy or garden lodge room only.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge and subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note breakfast is buffet style.
• Free parking available.
• No children permitted. 
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
