Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Apr 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days, departure time 10am, 12noon or 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 26 May – 3 Jun 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Please note children may use voucher if accompanied by an adult; suitable for ages 4+ only.
• Max of 12 people per group. Min of 2 people per boat.  
• Not suitable during later stages of pregnancy.
• Outdoor jackets recommended; buoyancy aid, binoculars and fact sheet are provided.
• Cruises are weather dependent.
• Limited onsite parking available; please use Kenmore square or Kenmore Beach car parks.
• Meeting point: meet 15mins prior to departure time at Loch Tay Boating Centre, Pier Road, Kenmore, PH15 2HG.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
