Thermal Spa and Treatments
With today’s second option you can let your cares drift away with an hour’s access to the Thermal Spa where you can chill out in the steam room, Jacuzzi, experience shower, and relaxation pool with water cannons and jets, or simply put your feet up in your complimentary robe and slippers on the heated seats and loungers.
Following your thermal spa, you'll be pampered to perfection with a choice of boutique facial, oriental scalp massage or luxury holistic hand and foot treatment each using ESPA products.
Three Course Dinner
Both options include a delicious three-course meal for you and your companion, choosing from sumptuous starters including haggis and black pudding tower and chicken liver pâté, followed by main courses such as salmon filled with prawns and brie and Lochside double beef burger, and desserts such as salted caramel cheesecake and steamed orange syrup sponge pudding.

I would like to express my gratitude to your excellent staff who assisted my partner and I during our recent stay. We booked an overnight getaway with your Itison offer, we arrived 4th March 2026. On arrival my partner was feeling a bit under the weather, she developed a fever and had to go to bed unfortunately. She is a type 1 diabetic and requires to take insulin and has to attempt to eat even when ill. She felt unable to get ready and go to the restaurant. I went to reception, explained the situation and Robert arranged for our meal to be delivered by room service. Robert was very attentive and ensured we were looked after. Similarly the same service was offered for breakfast, I am sorry I didn't get the woman on reception's name, she was equally exceptional.
Please pass on our thanks to your team, clearly customer care is important to you and your staff.
Thanks for making our stay as comfortable as possible. I was able to use the spa and enjoyed it. -
