Following your trip to the thermal spa, you'll get to completely unwind with a relaxing spa treatment, with your choice of manicure or pedicure, facial, or scalp, neck & shoulder massage. All that relaxing is hard work, so you’ll also be treated to a two-course light spa lunch.

I would like to express my gratitude to your excellent staff who assisted my partner and I during our recent stay. We booked an overnight getaway with your Itison offer, we arrived 4th March 2026. On arrival my partner was feeling a bit under the weather, she developed a fever and had to go to bed unfortunately. She is a type 1 diabetic and requires to take insulin and has to attempt to eat even when ill. She felt unable to get ready and go to the restaurant. I went to reception, explained the situation and Robert arranged for our meal to be delivered by room service. Robert was very attentive and ensured we were looked after. Similarly the same service was offered for breakfast, I am sorry I didn't get the woman on reception's name, she was equally exceptional.
Please pass on our thanks to your team, clearly customer care is important to you and your staff.
Thanks for making our stay as comfortable as possible. I was able to use the spa and enjoyed it. -
