• Voucher is valid until Thur 30 Mar 2017, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday night stays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Mar 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Dinner is one traybake per lodge; choice of dish and wine preference must be confirmed directly with Archerfield 48 hours in advance of your stay. 
• Welcome basket includes muffins, snacks and crisps.
• Please note breakfast is not included.
• 3 bedrooms - can be made up as doubles, twins or singles; please discuss at time of booking.
• Max 6 adults per lodge.
• Lodges have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), open plan kitchen/living/dining space and balcony.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Archerfield.
• Free onsite parking available.
• All gas, electricity, towels, linens and Aromatherapy Associates guest supplies included.
• Access to the leisure facilities is not included.
• Members receive a 20% discount off any spa treatments during stay; must be pre-booked. 
• Z-bed for children up to 12 years available for a supplement of £25; max of three Z-beds/children per lodge. Cots available on request free of charge or members can also bring their own cot.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to Archerfield.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
