• Overnight stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5-8, 12-19, 25 Oct and 9-12, 16, 23-24 Nov 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Fairmont view or double double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes full leisure access for the duration of the stay.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 3 courses from table d’hote menu only; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. A supplementary charge may be required on some dishes; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free and halal options are available. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.

• Max of 2 children permitted; up to 5 years go free, 6 – 18 years require a supplementary charge of £40 per night including breakfast or a £10 supplementary charge when staying in a double double room with no extra beds.
• Dogs permitted at £50 per night however only within Fairmont Guestrooms and therefore guests would need to downgrade from a Fairmont view room or Fairmont double double room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
