• The Arches stay: Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022,  Sun - Thu. 
• Excludes 22 - 31 Dec 2021, 1 - 3 Jan and 11 - 15 Feb 2022.
• West Cottage weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 26 Nov 2021 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, Fri check-in only. Excludes Sat - Thu check-ins.
• Excludes 22 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 3 Jan.
• West Cottage midweek stay: Voucher is valid until Mon 28 Mar 2022, Mon check-in only. Excludes Tue - Sun check-ins.
• Excludes 22 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 3 Jan.
• All options: Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
•  Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required. Please discuss directly with venue.
• The Arches general information: check-in 5pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Sleeps 2 people. Superking or twin room available.
• Includes a 3 course meal box to be assembled in the cottage.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• West Cottage general information: check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Sleeps up to six people across 2 bedrooms and a sofabed in the living room.
• Includes exclusive facility hire of The Hide. Hire includes 4x4 Land Rover chauffeur experience to and from The Hide from West Cottage subject to weather conditions, BBQ charcoal, mood lighting, pack of cards, glasses, plates, cutlery, ice and a safety briefing.  Hire is from 12noon - 4pm on one day.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Children permitted and included in total headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog payable directly.
• General: No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
