• The Glasshouse stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Thu.
• Excludes Fri - Sun and 1, 14-17 and 24 Mar 2022.
• Lindores Lodge stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Thu.
• Excludes Fri - Sun, 7 and 21-24 Mar 2022.
• All options: Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
•  Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required. Please discuss directly with venue.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Includes 4 hour exclusive hire of the BBQ hut from 12noon-4pm on 1 day. Glasses, plates, cutlery, ice and transport to and from the hut is included; subject to weather conditions.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 
• Children permitted and included in headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
