Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Sun - Fri, spa opening hours 9am - 7pm and treatment times 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 pp is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Excludes Saturdays and 23 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.
• Afternoon tea is served between 12:30pm and 4pm.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time and groups bookings can be made for evenings; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with spa at time of booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 or 30 mins per treatment.
• Afternoon tea inc finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, a selection of cakes and more; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
