• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Feb 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Please note:  guests are advised that the lift will be out of order for the month of February.  Concierge will be available to assist with any luggage.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior room available; seaview and without view rooms available on a first come first served basis.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge 15% off standard rate; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the à la carte menu and a bottle of house red, white or rose wine to share; menu is subject to change. Excludes starters: tuna and scallops, mains: steak, venison and roast duck, dessert: cheese.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes afternoon tea and unlimited Prosecco; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Please note hotel has the right to refuse alcoholic drinks should they feel necessary.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 16 and under require a supplementary charge of £25 per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
