• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Dec 2017 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is served between 12noon – 4pm.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2017 and 2 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 and 2 duration: 2 x 25 minute treatments each.
• Option 3 and 4 duration: 3 x 25 minute treatments or 1 x 55 minute treatment and 1 x 25 minute treatment.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 2hrs of access to facilities after treatments; 17 metre indoor swimming pool, soothing spa pool, sauna and steam room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Inc afternoon tea served in Scholars Restaurant with a 125ml glass of Champagne each; menu is subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
