• Overnight stay voucher only is valid until 28th Feb 2014, 7 days (£30 supplement per room, per night applies to Sat night stays, does not apply to tribute nights); subject to availability.
• Excludes 25th Dec - 2nd Jan, 14th-15th Feb, 21st-22nd Feb inclusive.
• Christmas Party voucher is valid for use on stated date only. Arrival at 7pm, dinner served at 8pm.
• A single occupancy supplement of £30 per night applies.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm, late check out 2pm (standard is 11am).
• Deal applies to a classic double/twin room. Members may upgrade to a king bed room for a supplement of £40 per night (includes fruit platter & bathrobes). Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Children permitted for overnight stay option only. Under 5s stay free and are charged for meals as taken, 5-12 years charged a £25 per child, per night supplement including dinner & breakfast. Max of 2 children per room. Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• Children are not permitted at Christmas party nights. Party nights are strictly 21 years+.
• Parking available.
• Hotel is located under 2.5 hours drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow & Aberdeen. 2 hours from Dundee and 40 mins from Inverness.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your overnight stay voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Christmas party bookings are non refundable and non transferable. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
