• Voucher is valid from Fri 23 Oct 2020 until Mon 21 Jun 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 -  30 Apr, 22 Jun - 30 Sep and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge per room per night is required for the following: all Saturdays - £80, Fridays in May & June - £80 and Sun - Thu in May & June  - £60; payable direct.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 - 6: Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Option 7: Stay in a superior deluxe double or twin room with lake view
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 1 hours use of leisure facilities. All guests must pre-book at least 48 hours in advance. The pool and gym are open 7am - 7pm each day and for children 10am - 12.30pm & 2.30pm - 5pm each day. The sauna, steam and ice room remain closed and will reopen subject to Government guidelines.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes afternoon tea with a choice of tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from the market menu; subject to change. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only. Please note dinner must be booked in advance.
• Vegetarian options are available.
• Spa options: Includes 25 min treatment each choosing from the following: superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage, cleansing salt scrub or best foot forward. Over 16s only. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under are free of charge including breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted. 
• Parking is available for a charge of £20 per night; please discuss at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
