• Union Street salon: Mon & Fri 9am – 6pm, Tue & Wed 9am – 8pm, Thur 11am – 8pm, Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Perth Road salon: Mon - closed, Tue, Wed & Fri 9am – 6pm, Thur 11am – 8pm and Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 11 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages;
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins to 1 hr 30mins depending on hair thickness and length; can last up to 1 week depending on how often your hair is washed.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1 – 2 hrs; includes tint regrowth or semi-permanent colour refresh only; patch test is required 24 hours in advance of your appointment; please discuss directly with salon. Excludes colour corrections.
• Option 2 treatment can be upgraded to creative colour inc highlights, multi tonal highlights and ombre for a supplementary charge. Costs will be clearly outlined during your consultation; payable directly to salon.
• Please note supplementary charge may apply for long or thick hair and and will be discussed during your consultation. 
• Perth Road appointments are available with Nicole and Leeann only.
• Union Street appointments are available with Krystie, Lucy, Ross and Samantha R only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available in Perth Road salon; no wheelchair access available in Union Street salon.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
