Small print

• 2 bedroom lodge: valid from 23rd Aug until 4th Oct 2014.
• 3 bedroom lodge: valid from 30th Aug until 4th Oct 2014.
• Last booking date 1st Oct. Stays must be taken Sat-Tues, Tues-Fri or Wed-Sat.
• All bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance, however, we advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Subject to availability.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Electricity is not included, you will be charged accordingly on departure.
• Children are permitted up to the capacity of the lodge. No supplementary charge.
• Baby sitting is available at an additional charge - discuss directly with Melfort Village.
• Max of 2 pets permitted; 1st pet is £15, 2nd is £7.50 - arrange with Melfort Village.
• Club facilities is included in the holiday, charges apply for certain facilities.
• Cottages vary in layout and style.
• Further T&Cs apply.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Stays can be extended, please discuss with Melfort Village directly when booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• No refunds outwith itison refund period. Once booked, your stay cannot be cancelled.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
