• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Apr 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.
• Please note vouchers are non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12 noon.
• Classic double/twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Privilege room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white when booking.
• Option 2 and 3 includes £22 allowance per person for the Brasserie; sample menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Option 3 is valid on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child age 14 and under permitted free of charge when sharing a classic room with 2 adults with meals to be paid for as taken; subject to availability.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Free parking available.
• Includes access to leisure facilities.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
