• Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 29 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Once booked with the hotel the voucher is non changeable or refundable.
• Children are classed as being 14 years and under, sharing with parents in a Classic room; subject to availability. Max 1 child per room. Meals are charged as taken.
• Max 1 child per room.
• Option 2 includes dinner which is a £22 per person allowance towards the Brasserie menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Pets are charged at £15 per pet per stay, max 1 pet. 
• Check in: 2pm, check out: 12 noon.
• Classic double or twin room available. 
• Upgrade supplements: Privilege room: £25 per room per night, Superior room: £50 per room per night. Supplements are to be paid directly to hotel. Please discuss directly with the hotel when booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for multiple nights; max 3 nights stay but not including Saturdays. Please speak directly with hotel to arrange extension to stays. 
• Parking for 40 vehicles free of charge. 
• Please advise red or white wine when booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
