  • Smoked Scottish Salmon with pickled cucumber, cream cheese and flat bread
  • Twice baked cheese soufflé served with spicy MacSween haggis and Arran mustard sauce
  • Deans mini breakfast of fried egg, smoked Ayrshire bacon, vine tomatoes, mushrooms and Stornoway black pudding

Mains

  • Deans Sunday roast served with all the trimmings, pink sirloin of beef, cauliflower cheese and roast gravy
  • Roast fillet of cod with fennel mash, casserole of beans, garlic, tomatoes, buttered greens and Vermouth cream
