• Voucher is valid from Wed 1st Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 - 16 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 19 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Comfy room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and vegan options are available. Tables may be required back after 2 hours.
• Parking available at £10 per night / per car, payable directly at hotel.
• Children are permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
