• Voucher is valid until 1 Jul 2016, Mon-Sat; subject to availability.
• £25 supplement applies to Friday pick ups.
• Excludes Sunday pick ups.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jun 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• 30-day modification policy; subject to availability. No cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; cannot be used on consecutive nights; only 1 voucher can be used per hire.
• Pick up times: Mon-Sat from 12.30pm.
• Pick up locations: Geisher Road Industrial Park, Callander or railway pick ups/drop offs can be arranged; please discuss at time of booking.
• Available vans: Swift escape 686 (6 berth), Swift escape 664 (4 berth) & Rollerteam 706 (6 berth).
• Drivers must be ages 23+ with at least 2 years driving experience and under 70 years old.
• All hires include comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover for 1 driver, additional drivers £20 each. No max number of insured drivers.
• Insurance excess of £1200 requires £500 deposit by BACS transfer min 24 hours prior to collection, by cash when picking up the vehicle, or by credit card (incurs 2% charge).
• Over 6 points on the license of the driver will be subject to checks by the insurance company and may incur a supplement depending on the severity of the conviction/endorsement.
• Members can upgrade to an Autocruise Oakmont (4 berth) for a supplement of £10 per night, requires cat C1 on drivers license, test before 1997; please discuss at time of booking.
• Members can extend their stay for a supplementary charge; please discuss at time of booking.
• Motorhomes can take 2 child seats, you must provide your own child seats; please discuss at time of booking. Children are included in headcount.
• Bedding not included, except the bottom sheet which will be included on the fixed double bed. Additional bedding (double set) can be hired at an additional cost of £25 (must be pre-booked); payable directly.
• Gas will be charged £25 per bottle.
• Vans are manual; approx 30 miles/gallon.
• Insurance cover surcharge applies if you wish to travel in Europe; please discuss at time of booking.
• Milage 100 miles per night allowance, additional miles can be pre-booked at 25p per mile or will be charged at 50p on return.

• Dogs are permitted in the vans at a supplement of £10 per dog; please discuss at time of booking. All pet hair and odours must be removed on return of the motorhome to the depot, if not a cleaning charge may apply.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
