• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 until 3 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm-7pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a Deluxe Loch View Room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Includes a bottle of fizz on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Complimentary sweet pastries are available between 4pm and 6pm on arrival.
• Includes breakfast each morning.
• No children permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
