Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Tue 29 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 6-7 & 24 Jun 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 22 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only; telephone bookings not accepted. Please note availability can only be checked online.
• Change of dates available until 7 days prior to arrival for a £25 fee. No changes within 7 days of arrival. Changing your stay to a later month will incur a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel. Cancellation or non-arrival will forfeit voucher or incur a charge to the credit card used to secure.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a double, queen or twin deluxe non-ocean view room.
• Under current government Covid advise all guests sharing accommodation must reside at the same home address. The hotel may request proof of this on arrival.  In the event you don't reside at the same address or cannot provide evidence of this you may be denied your stay and your voucher will be forfeit.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 3 courses from the a la carte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops £10, lobster and cover sole £35, steak Diane £12, chateaubriand £30, crepe suzette £10 and Scottish cheese £10; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 voucher per table; subject to Government guidelines.
• All facilities and activities on the resort are offered in line with government advice on social distancing.
• Max of 2 children permitted ages 3-12 years on a DBB basis (meals from the kid menu) for a supplementary charge of £40; payable direct. Under 3s go free.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please make a note of this in the comments when booking. Supplement will be charged to the credit card used to secure the room.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
