General

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check in 3pm. check out 11am.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Dinner options: Includes set 2 course dinner in Eolas restaurant. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children permitted free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Families can be accommodated in an Lynedoch Suite for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night; payable direct.

No pets permitted. Guide and hearing dogs only.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
