• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 2pm. check out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes £32pp dinner allowance to spend in Cairns restaurant. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Families can be accommodated in an Lynedoch Suite for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night; payable direct.
• No pets permitted. Guide and hearing dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
