• Oct - Dec: Voucher is valid from Wed 14 Oct 2020 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - Mar: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Jan 2021 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Includes a 175ml glass of wine each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children aged 17 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. No capacity for extra beds and cots.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
