• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May until Wed 22 Dec 2021, Mon - Thu 10am - 4pm, Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 4pm and Sun 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please note swimming pool is closed from 1 Jan 2021 - 15 Apr 2021.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Aromatherapy massage is not suitable for pregnant women.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the Treatment Room.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note you must arrive at least 15 minutes before for your treatment and wait in the Bay Tree Lounge area.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
