• Voucher is valid from Thur 12 Jan 2017 until Sun 30 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 14 – 17 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for £20 per room night, subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Sorry, no children permitted. 
• Dogs are permitted; dogs are not accepted in the rooms but the hotel has complimentary kennel facilities and the bar is dog friendly. Max of 2 dogs in the kennels per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
