• Voucher is valid from 20th March 2014 until 20th July 2014, 7 days (limited weekend availability); subject to availability.
• Max of 4 voucher purchases permitted per couple. Can be used for a max of 4 consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Deal applies to an Executive Double room.
• Deal includes a 3 course dinner from the table d'hôte menu in the Brasserie Restaurant. Menu is seasonal, both the menu and wine offered on arrival are subject to change. Supplements apply to items on the grill section and any additional sides and dishes. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Twin rooms are not available.
• Members may upgrade to a deluxe room for a supplement of £50 per room, per night or a Junior Suite for a £105 supplement per room, per night or £250 per room, per night for a Suite. Upgrades are subject to availability and should be discussed at time of booking. Please pay all supplements directly.
• Deal Excludes: 22 & 25 March, 25 & 26 April; 3, 17, 20, 21, 24, 25, 31 May; 4, 16, 18-21, 27, 28 June; 4-5 & 9-11 July.
• Guide and hearing dogs are permitted. Sorry, other pets are not permitted.
• Max of 2 children permitted per room when sharing with adults, subject to availability. Families can be accommodated in an Executive room with an extra bed or sofa bed, subject to availability. Under 12s stay for free, paying for meals as taken. 12 years+ incur a £15 supplement per child, per night when sharing with adults. Please discuss and pay directly.

• Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made by 24th April 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12noon the day prior to your arrival.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
