• Voucher is valid Mon-Thur, 9th Feb - 31st Mar and Sun-Thur, 1st Apr -31st May 2015; subject to availability
• Bookings cannot be made until Monday 9th Feb at 9am
• Excludes; 12th, 16 & 17th Feb and 3rd & 24th May 2015; limited Easter availability 
• Check in 4pm, check out 12 noon 
• Cream Tea is available on day of arrival only, served between 2pm - 4pm
• Standard double or twin rooms available; upgrades available for the following supplements per room per night, deluxe £20, family room £35, deluxe family room/junior suite £50, superior suite £70
• Mobility impaired rooms available
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, multiple vouchers can be used for multiple nights 
• Stay can be extended at hotel standard rates, discuss direct with hotel
• Children permitted, max of 2; 10 yrs & under; 1 child can be accommodated in a standard room free of charge paying for all meals as taken; 2 children can be accommodated in a family room with a £35 per room per night supplement; no child care facilities  
• Pets allowed, max of 2; £20 per dog per night supplement

• Advanced booking required, book by 9th March 2015. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
