• Voucher is valid until 30th Jun, 2015; valid 7 days; subject to availability
• Shore Lodge voucher excludes 3rd – 12th April 2015
• Glamping pods voucher excludes 3rd – 15th April 2015
• Check in: 4.30pm – 5.30pm; check out: 10am (Earlier or Later Check in by prior arrangement)
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; can be used for consecutive nights stay; subject to availability 
• Children permitted supplement of £15 per child; children are classed as under 16s; max of 2; members can upgrade to a 4 bed bunk room with 2 vouchers; Under 5s go free
• Shore lodge: bedding provided but no towels; both 2 bedroom dorms are for same sex or couples, there is also a 6 bed and a 4 bed room available which can accommodate mixed sex people, upon request and subject to availability; all toilets and showers are communal.
• Glamping pods: Beds are not provided but inflatable mattresses at a cost of £2.50 per night are available to hire for guests; heating is included; equipped with heating, socket and lighting and a kettle; those in pods have full access to lodge for showers toilets etc.
• Youth Groups are welcome under adult supervision
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with hostel
• Free parking
• Standard rooms available 
• Pets are not allowed
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers
