• Voucher is valid until 29 Feb 2016, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Friday nights are very limited and are subject to a supplementary fee of £20.
• Excludes 30 Dec -3 Jan 2016, 12 - 14 Feb 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 1 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and may be used on multiple nights, subject to availability, please discuss with the hotel directly. 
• Double or twin room available.
• Purchase option one valid for a standard room, purchase option two and three for a feature room.
• Members who purchase a voucher valid for a standard room can upgrade to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge, subject to availability, please discuss with the hotel directly.
• Purchase option three express treatments are 25 mins, choice of facial, massage, head massage, sole soother, manicure or a pedicure.
• Dogs permitted, supplementary fee of £10 per night, max 2 per room, subject to room availability.
• Children welcome, 0 - 1 years free. 
• For purchase option one: children aged 2 -11 years supplementary fee of £5, 12 - 16 years £10, on B&B basis.
• For purchase option two and three: children aged 2 - 11 years, supplementary fee of £15, 12 - 16 years £30  on DBB basis.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
