Small print

• Option 1 (midweek) voucher is valid from 1 Nov 2017 until 28 Mar 2018, Sun - Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Friday, Saturday, 18 - 21, 24 - 28, 31 Dec 2017 and 1 - 4 Jan 2018.
• Option 2 (weekend) voucher is valid from 3 Nov 2017 until 30 Mar 2018, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Sunday - Thursday, 22, 23, 29 & 30 Dec 2017, 5, 6 Jan and 9, 10, 16, 17 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for early / late check-out; please discuss directly with Kinnaird Woodland Lodges.
• Premium Spa Lodge includes king sized bed.
• Lodges can be upgraded to the Premium Love Cabin for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; please discuss with and pay directly to  Kinnaird Woodland Lodges.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers 24hr central heating, electricity and free wifi.
• Free parking available.
• Please note, lodges are strictly non-smoking.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
