• Option 1 (midweek) voucher is valid from Sun 4 Nov 2018 until Wed 27 Mar 2019, Sun – Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, 23 Dec 2018 – 5 Jan 2019 and 13 - 14 Feb 2019
• Option 2 (weekend) voucher is valid from Fri 16 Nov 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays, 21 Dec 2018 – 5 Jan 2019 and 15 - 16 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 27 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for early / late check-out; please discuss directly with Kinnaird Woodland Lodges.
• Premium Spa Lodge includes king sized bed.
• Lodges can be upgraded to the Premium Love Cabin for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; please discuss with and pay directly to Kinnaird Woodland Lodges.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers 24hr central heating, electricity and free wifi.
• Free parking available.
• Please note lodges are strictly non-smoking.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
