Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9, 10, 11, 14, 23, 24 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge per room per night is required for Friday stays £25 and Saturday stays £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available; please request double or twin at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £40 restaurant voucher per couple towards the menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
