• Voucher is valid from 1st Sept 2014 until 2nd Nov 2014, 7 days, 9am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Red Deer Encounters at 12noon & 2pm daily & last 60mins, Gold panning available 9am-5pm, lasting 30-60mins.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted but are subject to availability. Please discuss directly.
• Deal valid for 2 adults and 2 children (4 years-15 years).
• Children under 4 are welcome free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Red Deer Encounters take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather with hats & gloves on colder days.
• Cafe available on site.
• Cafe, Shop, Toilets, Gold & Gem Panning flume are all wheelchair accessible.
• Please meet at reception.
• Parking available, subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made by 12th Oct 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Booking is not required for Gold panning as this can be enjoyed at your leisure on the day.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
