• Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Feb 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Wed - Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue check-ins.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm - 9pm, check-out 8am - 10am.
• Standard or superior double or twin room available; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a triple room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; 0-7yrs are free, ages 8+ require a supplementary for £20 for an extra bed; discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Pets are permitted; subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
