• 1 night option: valid until 29th Feb 2016; Nov/Dec: Sun-Thurs, Jan/Feb: 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2 nights option: valid until 29th Feb 2016; Nov/Dec: Sun-Wed, Jan/Feb: 7 days; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by Feb 10th 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• 1 night option excluded dates: 22 Dec 2015 - 3 Jan 2016 & Feb 14 2016.
• 2 night option excluded dates: 21 Dec 2015 - 3 Jan 2016 & Feb 13 & 14 2016.
• Check in from 2pm, check out 12 noon latest
• Weekend availability is limited; booking well in advance is advised 
• 1 night option: dinner will be at The Seafood Restaurant, a 3 min stroll along the Old Course from the hotel. Rusacks will be happy to book you a table; please arrange at time of booking 
• 2 night option: dinner will be at Rocca Restaurant situated within the hotel itself. Rusacks will be happy to book your table on either the night of your arrival or the second night of your stay; please discuss at time of booking
• Children permitted: Children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing with adults, breakfast charged as taken. Max 2 children per room. 
• 23 free parking spaces onsite, free overflow carpark on the links outside the hotel and additional paid parking available on nearby streets. 
• Voucher is valid for an executive double or twin room.
• Stay may be extended at standard rates; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking 
• Well behaved dogs permitted, supp charge of £25 per dog per night. Maximum 2 dogs per room.  
• Wheelchair access. 
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
