• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Feb until Sun 31 Dec 2023; valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Treatments are available 9:30am-6pm. Facilities access available 7am - 7pm. Relaxation room access between 7am-8:30pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Dec 2023; (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins. Includes afternoon tea. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90 mins. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
