• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 - 11, 14, 16 - 18 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note bookings can be made from Mon 15 Jan 2018.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £20 dinner allowance per person towards the a la carte menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child. Z bed provided, if required your own travel cot must be brought with you; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
