• Voucher is valid from 6 Dec 2015 until Thu 31st Mar 2016, 7 days ; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19th, 25th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st Dec 2015, 1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th, 29th, 30th Jan 2016, 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th Feb 2016 and 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, 26th, 27th Mar 2016
• Reservations must be made by Thurs 10th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend availability; £20 supplement per room for Saturday night stay.
• Children are permitted; Under 2s stay free, ages 2 - 9 £17 and ages 10 - 15 £19.50. Maximum of two children per room.
• Creche/childcare facilities are available; there is a kids club on site for kids aged 2 and over (no under 2's please) and this is complimentary for hotel guests. Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 1pm – 9pm.
• Free onsite parking.
• Double / twin standard rooms with en suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior or seaview room for a supplementary charge of £7.50pp or an executive, deluxe or suite room for £15pp.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel for rates.
• Hotel is carrying out building works in the grounds of the hotel and will make effort to minimise disruption to guests.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you write to cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
