• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Dec 2017 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 10, 21, 25 - 28, 31 Dec 2017, 1 - 4 Jan, 11 Feb and 18 Mar 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 8 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking; please note cancellations must be made in writing.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double suite available; please note suites are located in the grounds of the hotel and are not in the main hotel.
• Suites can be upgraded to a signature suite for £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Supplement of £10 per room per night to guarantee a sea view suite; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note breakfast is not included.
• Please note that between 8 Jan  - 20 Jan 2018 the main food and beverage areas will undergo essential maintenance. During this period the Firth Pavilion will be operating as the main restaurant and bar.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: gymnasium, swimming pool with mixed sauna and steam room.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free, ages 2 - 16  require a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Creche/childcare facilities are available; kids club is complimentary for hotel guests and suitable for ages 2+. Facilities are available Mon - Fri 5.30pm - 9pm and Sat & Sun 1pm – 9pm.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
