• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• One night stay (valid until Mar 2022): 
• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 21-23 Jun 2021, 1 Aug 2021 until 31 Oct 2021 and 23-31 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Two night stay (valid until Mar 2022):
• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays & Saturdays, 21-23 Jun 2021, 1 Aug 2021 until 31 Oct 2021 and 23-31 Dec 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Fri stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Mar 2022 Fridays only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturday - Thursday, 1 Aug 2021 until 31 Oct 2021 and 24-31 Dec 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022(we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

• Rooms may be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the A La Carte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: 9oz ribeye steak - £9; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Pre-booking dinner is advised. Meals may be served in areas other than the main restaurant and dining capacities may be adjusted due to social distancing measures. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• 2 night stay: Includes afternoon tea on the second day.
• Complimentary parking spaces available.
• Children are permitted within the headcount.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night. Please discuss directly with the hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
