• March - June options:
• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Mar 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• July - September options:
• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jul 2023 until Sat 30 Sep 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General:
• Options for Sun - Thu, Fri and Sat stays can be viewed at check-out.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 28 May, 22 Jun & 15, 28 Jul 2023.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted; max of 2 people per room, children included in overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
