Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room - £10 and superior room - £10; payable directly to hotel.

Children are permitted and included within the headcount. Max of 2 people per room.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
