Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 7 Apr until Fri 14 Oct 2022, Mon, Thu - Fri 11am - 9pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue - Wed, 22 May, 18-19 Jun 2022. Please note lift passes cannot be used for special slope events, competitions or BASI/SSS courses.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or alter your booking within 5 days of your booking; please note all transfers incur a £5 admin charge. No transfer will be given within five days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Option 1: Includes an unlimited lift pass for concessions; juniors aged 3 - 15 years, students and seniors aged 60+. Please note ID / Student cards must be provided. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times, unless they are aged 10 - 15 and meet minimum competency.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes an unlimited lift pass for 1 or 2 adults. Suitable for ages 16+ only.
• Duration approx.: valid 1 day.
• Max of 4 people per group.
• This activity requires a reasonable level of fitness, and participants must be able to ski or snowboard. Please note this is not suitable for beginners. 
• Please note this activity is not recommended for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions.
• Equipment and clothing can be hired for £5 respectively. Snow Factor provides lockers (£1 non-returnable) to store your personal items / values. Snow Factor nor it's employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to values or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises
• Gloves are essential. Visitors should bring their own gloves or purchase them directly from Snow Factor. Please note gloves cannot be hired. A towel and a change of clothes are also recommended.
• Please note Snow Factor accepts no responsibility for damage to equipment or clothing whilst undertaking these activities
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking is not required, but is recommended.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
