• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, Sun - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Friday and Sunday visits; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 10 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 minutes per treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
