• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday visits; payable directly to spa.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 & 2 treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.
• 30 min treatments available: back, neck & shoulder massage, discovery facial and deep nourishing pedicure,
• Options 3 & 4 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
• 60 minute treatment options: signature back massage, full body massage, signature facial and hearts of the ocean facial.
• Treatments can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes leisure access from 7am – 9pm; includes a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym.
• Includes afternoon tea, served 12noon - 4pm. Menu is subject to change.
• Max 1 voucher per table.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
