• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Mar 2019 until Fri 31 May 2019, Mon, Tue, Thur – Sun 10am – 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Wednesdays and 30, 31 Mar, 14, 19 - 22 Apr, 17 - 19, 30 May 2019.
• Please note: a £20 per person supplement charge applies for Saturdays and Sundays bookings; payable directly to Coach House Spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage and facial are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; hydro pool and sauna are not suitable.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission, please note a doctors note will be required.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 55mins. Hot stone massage.
• Option 2 and 3: approx. 55mins. Signature massage and 25mins facial.
• Includes 2 hours access to facilities.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
